GENERAL TERMS OF COOPERATION
Shipping: Our products travel on behalf of and at the responsibility of the customer.
Minimum order limit: For orders that are distributed with the company’s cars is 30 €. For orders outside Crete the minimum limit is 50 € otherwise there will be an additional charge.
Returns of goods are not accepted without the approval of the seller.
All returns & repairs must be accompanied by a Delivery Note,
No return is accepted if the product or its packaging has been damaged or damaged.
Repairs: They must be accompanied by your Shipping Card
GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
The guarantee for the sold products is provided only after the invoice has been paid.
The guarantee of good operation is given for 12 months upon presentation of the relevant sales document.
The guarantee is provided for the specific product and no other direct or indirect claims are recognized and it is valid as long as it does not have the intervention of a third party – the instructions for use have been observed and it is provided only in our store and by the technicians of our company.
All kinds of damage to electronic parts are not covered by the warranty as any damage is caused by external factors such as: incorrect wiring, poor maintenance, poor handling, overload and so on.
The warranty is for the replacement of the defective part and not the replacement
of the whole machine.
